Comparing the effectiveness of emotion regulation group training based on process model of gross on use of reappraisal and suppression strategies among adolescent girls with symptom of BPD and ADHD

Existing research was conducted in year 1392 regarding the prevalence of ADHD and BPD. Their known complication and some reports based on effectiveness of group emotion regulation training based on process model of gross on use of reappraisal and suppression strategies in externalizing disorders.
Existing research was conducted in clinical trial and in the context of pre-post-test semi-experimental design with control group. 40 female students with age ranged 15-17 were assigned in 4 groups by multistage random sampling, by the help of standard tools such as SNAP-IV scale and borderline personality inventory (BPI) and then according to screening and diagnostic interviews were conducted by a clinical psychologist and psychiatrist.
Data analysis using ANCOVA and follow-up tests show that after emotion regulation group training based on gross model, the mean score of suppression and reappraisal in ADHD experimental group to BPD experimental group increased and decreased significantly (pž It seems group emotion regulation training based on gross model is effective on use of reappraisal and suppression in ADHD and BPD adolescent girls.
