Ghali (extremist) misuse of prophetic traditions regarding messianic Mahdism

Message:
Abstract:
Analysis of the influence of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and the imams (AS) and Imam Mahdi (AS) in the community and the misuse of this prophecy is of great importance in the history of Islam.
This type of analysis can cause more awareness and prevent more Muslims being cheated and they fall into the trap of false claimants and extremists.
Study of historical sources as well as sources from tradition and cult studies shows that in the era of Imams (as), some extremist and sects exploited the words of the Prophet (PBUH) and the Infallible Imams (AS), and then by introducing themselves or perverse leaders as the Mahdi, shaped or strengthen some schools of thought that have been extremist .
This paper introduces the deviant sects that include Sabayyieh, Kaysanites, Hashemite, Mogheyriyeh, Bayanieh, Mansouriyah, Baqeryeh Harbyeh, Janahyeh and Navoosiyeh. And attempts to prove the theory that the deviant sects have exploited the prophecies of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the Infallible Imams (AS) about the Absence period of their leaders and their messianism and to strengthen the distorted beliefs and perpetuated their extremism.
