Effect of Emotional Capability of or Ganization on Organizational Learning

Abstract:
In recent years, the role of Emotions in organization as an influential factor on organizational behavior has been taken into consideration and its effect on variables such as organizational innovativeness, organizational perfor-mance and group dynamics has been surveyed. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of "emotional capability" of organization involving the dynamics of "encouragement", "playfulness", "displaying freedom", "reconciliation", "identification" and "experiencing" on organizational learning consisting of knowledge "acquisition", "interpretation"," distribution" and " storing" dimensions. The statistical population of this study is the Iran Chamber of Commerce employees. After testing validity and reliability of questionnaires by first and second order Factor Analysis and Cronbach test, the data analyzed by structural equation model, linear regression and Pierson correlation test. The results indicate that the structural model is fitted well and the emotional capability has positive effect on organizational learning. In addition the multilateral relations of emotional dynamics have been confirmed.
