Investigating the Relationship of Variables of Occupational Self-Concept, Motivational Beliefs and Metacognition with Entrepreneurship among the Students of Payame Noor University of Western Azerbaijan

Investigating the Relationship of Variables of occupational self-concept, Motivational beliefs and metacognition with entrepreneurship among the students of PayameNoor University of Western Azerbaijan in the academic year 93-94. The present Research has been deducted from a Provincial Research Project which aims at determining the relationship of variables of Variables of occupational self-concept, I Motivational beliefs and Metacognition with entrepreneurship among the students of Payame Noor University of Western Azerbaijan. The volume of the samples was 1187 students (628 female and 550 male students). The research methodology is statisticaland has been conducted according to correlation method. The means of research were Occupational self-concept Questionnaire (ShafiAbadi and Rezai, 1376), Motivational beliefs Questionnaire (Pintrich, and DeGroot, 1990). Meta Cognition Questionnaire-30 (Walesand.Cartwright- Hatton, 2004) and Entrepreneurship Questionnaire of (Robinson and etal, 1991).The results show that correlation of occupational self-concept with Entrepreneurship is meaningful at the level of 0.01. In addition the correlations of Motivational beliefs and metacognitive with Entrepreneurship is meaningful at the level of 0.01. The result of analyzing Regression shows predicting Entrepreneurship is meaningful according to the variables of occupational self-concept Motivational beliefs and Metacognitive.
