Effect of participation or non-participation in the creation of industrial clusters innovation performance of their companies Mediating Role of Knowledge Management

Using the cluster approach aims to increase cooperation in the competition to small and medium units, the use of knowledge and innovation was emphasized and more attention. This study compares the innovation performance with the mediation of knowledge management in industrial clusters rubber parts Rosen and rubber parts manufacturing companies that formed clusters have left the Hamedan province. Research In terms of purpose, the method of specifying and executing the survey is based on solidarity. To collect field data from a standard questionnaire, 30 questions were closed. Population, industrial clusters Rubber Rosen staff (430 people) and 16 staff have left the company manufacturing rubber parts in the formation of clusters, (287) respectively. A sample of 205 companies in the first group and the second group 165, based on Morgan table and using the software Spss, Cronbach's alpha was calculated and to verify the validity of the application Lisrel, confirmatory factor analysis was used. In order to analyze the structural equation T and two-sample tests were used. The results show that companies constituting the cluster of innovation and knowledge management aspects of performance better than companies that did not cluster-they are.
