The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of group life skill training (stress management) on developing employees stress cintrol in car producing factory of Tabriz.The statistical population was all employees in car producing factory of Tabriz out of which 60 employees were selected randomly and assigned to two experimental and control groups. The instrument for data collection was "Cohen stress scale "(1983) which was completed by the subjects both before and after life skill training course. Data obtained through statistics including frequency means, SDS and research hypotheses was analyzed using covariance test. Results showed that group life skills training is effective in improving stress management among employees in their work place.
