Statistical society of this research contains all Tabriz high school managers about 198 people and Statistic sample is equal 135 people.
The result of this research are as follows: There is a relationship between stress and managers job factors.

There is a relationship between stress and their sexuality.
There is not a relationship between stress and managers service period.
There is a relationship between stress and their record of service.
