Identifying and evaluating the dimensions of organizational learning in a governmental organization

Abstract:
The present study is to identify and evaluate the dimension of organizational learning in Gonbad's Court. The randomly selected sample of T3 employees answered a 31 item questionnaire of organizational learning (Niffeh, 2001) with the reliability of 0.91. the data were analyzed using spss and exploratory factorial analysis and one sample T. the findings indicated that organizational learning in this case consists of nine dimensions of participatory leadership, supporting system, participation, skia enhancement, knowledge sharing, reviewing, developing individual's competency, group creativity and environment adaptation. From the standpoint of the staff working in this organization. The status of organizational learning in the dimensions of participatory leadership and supporting system are at medium level; while, in the dimension of participation. Skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, reviewing, developing individual's competency, group creativity and en enjoinment adaptation at the level of higher than medium.
