The Social Soft Power Strategies of The Islamic Republic of Iran vs Arrogance Soft War

In considering of Hardwar failure in the first decade of Islamic revolution, high cost and negative reflection in the world and public thoughts, the soft war strategy was adjusted in the 1st priority of arrogance system. So the best way to beat arrogance soft war is employment our native and Islamic soft power. Iran's soft power is taken from the vast community of Islam, Shiism and So on. This soft power of the divine resources is rooted in human nature and has been classified in accordance with accepted international community. So the researchers are seeking to identify social capital, Iran's soft power and institutionalized process to enable it to deal with arrogance software. Research method is descriptive-case and field study. In analysis section, there is environmental analysis and obtaining factors through questionnaire. Then by making SWOT Matrix and evaluation Matrix, strategic position can be obtained. After finding the factors, researchers seek for obtaining experts opinions through a questionnaire.
