Analysis of Patterns of knowledge Strategy of Defense Organizations

The several typologies according to different fields of Knowledge are proposed by expert. The selection of typologies for better cognition and selection of suitable strategy for organization knowledge was led to refer to expert population and the identification of significant criteria, analysis and ranking of knowledge strategies were done in this research. Using TOPSIS technique, knowledge strategy patterns, "Zack", " Bierly& Chakrebarti," and " Bierly & Daly," based on a standard 6 "simplicity", "integrity", "ability to understand", "a conceptual framework", "usability" and "ability to identify distinctive features" compared with other patterns of strategy are first to third in the rankings. This paper provides a comprehensive framework for managers and researchers to identify and develop strategies to make the most appropriate model of organizational knowledge and employ selection.
