The Conceptualization of Jihadi Management in The Light of The Holy Quran

After the name of year 2014 in Iran by the great leader that is the year of culture and economy: With national intention and “Jihadi management”, there is some different interpretation of the “Jihadi management” concept. For diffusing the “JAHADI management” concept in management system in the country, defining and explaining the dimensions and parts of it is necessary. This article is going to conceptualize the “Jihadi management” concept in lights of Quran Majid. The research approach is inductive and doing it in qualitative method based on grounded theory approach. Results showed that god closeness, Trust to Allah and some other features are important.
