Considering the development of tourism in the country, it is essential that the information and communication technology (ICT) in the promotion and development of tourism in the province of Ardabil and explain Vakvtvrysm. This study, a combination of two specialized branches of tourism and information technology and communications. The main method in this research is descriptive and analytical methods and statistical society, those tourists who have traveled in July 1395 in Ardebil province. From this population, a sample of 384 was selected through stratified random sampling method. To collect the data, so a combination of several other researchers questionnaire, a questionnaire containing 51 questions.
