Nuclear Diplomacy of Iran with an Emphasis on the Making Security Council Monitorable

Diplomacy is a multifaceted ,acceptable phenomenon in United Nations which has legal and meta legal stand in international law and relations from another point , the fallible functions of the security council have questioned the issue of responsibility of this body in international law . Regarding this matter , a group of scholars be live that, in the framework of law and meta legal , everybody , including the security council, must be responsible for its functions We fallow this line of thinking and after recognizing the relevant international law of limiting the competencies of the security council, we consider thoroughly the nuclear diplomacy of IRI as a new phenomenon .We have also pointed to the Joint Comprehensive plan of Action as the legal solution for challenging the decisions and functions of the security Council . We have also shown that the correct form of diplomacy has made the security council to review essentially its decisions .
