The Relation High Performance Human Resource Practices and Innovation Performance with Moderating Effect of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity

Abstract:
The Purpose of current research is examine of mediator role of absorptive capacity (AC) as identify and transfer process flow external knowledge for access to innovative in related between high performance human resource practices and innovation performance in high tech firms. We assumed high performance human resource practices has positive effect to innovative performance thought absorptive capacity knowledge factors _realized absorptive capacity and potential absorptive capacity. The study of view point of the research method is descriptive, correlation and practical .Besides the main instrument for gathering data is standard questionnaire that used by prior researchers and examined 91 sample among high tech firms consistent pharmaceutical, biotechnology productive firms. Research results demonstrate significant effect high performance human resource practices to innovation performance, also absorptive capacity has mediator role between high performance human resource practices and innovative performance. Finally provided limitations and proposes for future researchers.
