Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate The relationship between Organizational Learning Culture, Motivation to Learn, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Internal Service Quality in Employees of Physical Education and Sport Science Faculties. For this purpose Xie, Di (2005) questionnaire have used. Reliability of the questionnaire after a pilot study (with 30 person) amd using Cronbach's alpha test (α =0/87) respectively. Statistical population desired to study all the Physical Education College staff of Azad University from district 8 that of have formed and sample population is equal (N=n=55).
