A Study of Relationship Between Organizational Identity and Secret Based Leadership Style whit Staff Job Performance in Bu-Ali Sina University at Academic year 1394-1395

This study investigated the relationship between Organizational Identity and Secret Based Leadership Style whit Staff Job Performance in Bu-Ali Sina University.The method of researchis descriptive and correlation type. The Statistical population is consisting of entire750employees in Academic year1394-1395. According to kergcie and Morgan table, samples of 260people were selected. Three questionnaires Organizational Identity, Secret Based Leadership Style and Staff Job Performance were used in order to gatering data. Questionnaires justifiability was calculated based on their content justifiability and also their ending were calculated according to Cronbach's alpha0/92, 0/96 and0/76 respectively. Descriptive statistical indexes and inferential statistical methods were used in order to data analysis. The results showed: Between Organizational Identity and Secret Based Leadership Style whit Staff Job Performance there is a significant positive relationship.Among components of Organizational Identity Knowledge strategy has the greatest impact in predicting job performance, and among components of Based Leadership Style Components of admissibility and use the intrinsic motivation are the most effective in prediction of Staff job performance in Bu Ali Sina University of Hamedan city.
