Growth and sustainable development is the most important of economic object in any country. The Most important of criteria for its measurement is Share of investment. Agriculture is one of the biggest sectors of economic in country that important role has played in providing food security¡ economic growth¡ create of job and Eventually Gross National Product. low investment in its sector is originated of varied factors as like weak policy and economic power of its supplier¡ take of efficiency in long term in natural resource and agriculture plan¡ high risk of investment in private sector and about oriented subside policy inside of aid to urban consumers. Achieving the aim¡ this paper has studied the interest rate (increase or decrease) of investment in agricultural sector. Agriculture and natural resource sector was scared of lower investment in itself sector. Annual investment Average in agriculture and natural resource haven''t reached of up 5 percent in all development program of country involve three program before revolution¡ five program after revolution and effect of forced war.
