The effect of The meditating role of job satisfaction, organizayional commitment and attitude of staff orientation(The study: Noor Esta Khorasan Company)

Abstract:
Purpose of this research is studying the effect market orientationon organizational commitment by the mediating role of job satisfaction in Noor Ista Khorasan Co. Research Method is Applied and descriptiveAll employees’ and workers were involved in the sample under study and 69 questionnaire were distributed.The data gathering tool was questionnaire and it’s cronbach is 0.81 and validity of questionnaire was approved by Factor analysis. In this study in data analysis descriptive statistics was used to analyse demographic features and Structural Equation,SPSS and Lisrel were used for analyzing hypothesizes and relationship between research variables. In this model value of model fit indices(RMSEA= 0.031 and GFI= 0.80) indicate appropriate model fit.
Accoring to Results of study all hypothesizes of research were approved and Market orientation has effect on organizational commitment by the mediating role of job satisfaction.
