Prediction job performance and organizational creativity using internal and external stressors in Shiraz Telecommunication company Employees

Abstract:
The main aim of this research was to study intra and extra organizational stressors effects on Shiraz telecommunication employees’ organizational performance and creativity. The research method was descriptive - correlation. The study population consists of all administration staff of Shiraz telecommunications (422 people) of which 201 cases were selected using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was standardized questionnaires consist of (Cohen and Williamson,1998) stress scale, (Alves, Faerstein & Werneck,2004) job stress, (Patterson,1992) job performance and (Ivancevich & Matteson,1990) creativity scale. Multiple regression enter method was used to analyze the collected data.
