Examine the moderating role of organization internal factors on the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and performance

Abstract:
The aim of this paper is examine the moderating role of organization commitment ,organization climate and job satisfaction as organization internal factors on the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and organization performance, using organs model in Tehran general office of physical educations. Organizational citizenship behavior is a useful set of behavior that is not listed in the job description but employees perform it while doing their tasks to help others. The method used in this paper is cross- sectional survey. The required in formation for the research were gathered in two ways: Library and questionnaire. The statistical population of the research are the employees of Tehran general office of physical education(472),from them 147 employees were selected randomly as sample. Spss was used to analyze data and to study the relationship between variables hierarchical regression analyze was used. The results indicate that organization internal factors moderate the relationship between OCB and of, collectively and individually.
