A Comparative Study of How to Attract and Prepare Students in Teacher Training Institutions in Japan, Australia and Iran

Abstract:
The aim of this research is a comparative study of how to attract and prepare students in teacher training institutions in Japan, Australia and Iran. The method of the research is comparative, and based on a range pattern that describes the four stages of description, interpretation, proximity, and comparison in comparative studies. The result showed that three countries of Japan, Australia and Iran, resembles each other in accepting students, such as secondary education and having a diploma, success in entrance exams. But Iran and Japan are more sensitive to teaching and doing interviews about attracting than Australia do. So that the powers of moral, social, physical, clearances, motivation are meticulously assessed. In addition to the items listed in the absorption, in Iran items like age, grade and commitment from the applicants are also important.
