Common Criteria of Sheikh Tusi and Beyhaqi on the understanding of Jurisprudence Traditions Case study of al-Tahzibayn, al-Sonan al-Kobra

Abstract:
After Quran, the most important Islam teachings source is the collected traditions of innocent imams (pbut). But unfortunately there were some causes and factors that distort this grate collection and make these holy traditions not to be put on right way. This problem makes the Islamic scholars to extract and use some laws in order to traditions analysis and consideration based on imams (pbut) teachings that make jurisprudence of hadith branch. But the question is whether these standards are common in Shia and Sunni schools? By researching in Shia and Sunni books we can find common criterion to jurisprudence tradition standards. Based on library referential method and analytic – descriptive style, This paper conclude that: Sheikh Tusi (Shia scholar) and Beyhaqi (Sunni scholar) in their works: al-tahzibayn and al-Sonan al-Kobra respectively in fifth century, in analysis and consideration of hadiths make the truth or falsity of tradition imams (pbut) to be recognized based on common laws and standards like; tashif, illusion, scanning, literature topics, naghle mana, abrogation, and dissimulation. While, there are some differences between theme in how to using of these criterion like literature topics and dissimulation.
