Identify factors affecting the realization of Homeland Security Nahjolbalagha

This paper aims to identify factors affecting the realization of Homeland Security is written in Nahjolbalagha and tries factors through the interaction of people and government on achieving internal security of Imam Ali identify and prioritize. This study is useful in terms of cross-survey correlation. To achieve this goal, consisting of 35 questions was used questionnaire that its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha equal to 0/95. The population of this research, academic experts and experts in Islamic sciences, human resource management, security issues and regional experts which 132 were selected by purposive sampling. For data analysis, since all tests were normal variable Spearman, KMO and Bartlett using SPSS software and to prove the model of factor analysis using LISREL software was used. As well as to prioritize the factors of Fuzzy Similarity to Ideal (FTOPSIS) was used. According to the research findings can be concluded that: For the realization of Homeland Security must communicate and interact with the people and government together The 35 factors identified in this study, five priority include: People's loyalty to the regime; the action to the Book of Allah and the Prophet Muhammad of the government, and security for people moving around the province.
