Designing Strategy Map Using the Concept of House of Strategy and Fuzzy COPRAS in a Knowledge-based Company
Abstract:
Strategy Map is a comprehensive tool for having the right attitude and determination of the exact path of progress in the evolution of Excellence. If the organization can design strategy map well and implemented, will substantially improve implementation strategies. The study design for a Knowledge-based Company strategy map. Therefore, initially to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and strategic themes and the themes covered by the Strategic SWOT points and then determines the company's strategic goals are discussed. In the end, the strategic objectives are prioritized using Fuzzy COPRAS and DEMATEL. In this article, we try to present the strategic map in order to implement the proposed strategies and use it with the help of "Quality Function Deployment".
