Today, Water Resources Shortages Have been Considered as one of the Major Issues on the Agenda of Governments. Some Geopolitics Theorists, The 21st Century, Hydro politics Century know and They Believe that most Conflicts and Regional Wars in the World, the Reason Due to Bulging of the Water Shortage Crisis Will be.
