Abstract:
The present study aimed at investigating the relationship between teacherʼs creativity, their perception of servant leadership and workplace spirituality at Isfahan high schools. A descriptive correlation research method was utilized. The study population consisted of all 3690 high school teachers in Isfahan during 2015 – 2016 academic year, from which 351 individuals were selected according to the cluster random sampling. To collect data, Raudsepp Creativity Questionnaire (1979), Patterson Servant Leadership Questionnaire (2003) and Milliman et al workplace Spirituality Questionnaire with reliability 0.77, 0.97 and 0.91 respectively were utilized.
