Relationship of the establishment of a total quality management and organizational learning with organizational innovation at the universities of Semnan City

Explaining relation of the establishment of a total quality management and organizational learning with organizational innovation at the universities of Semnan City. The research was descriptive - correlation analysis based on Structural Equations. This sample included employees at three universities (Semnan, Payam Noor and Islamic Azad) in Semnan, which were 550 people. The number of the sample are 233 people which were selected based on Morgan table. In this research two standard questionnaires’ were used for collecting data, total quality management (kumar et al,2011) and organizational innovation (Choopani et al,2011). After the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, samples were distributed and collected. Also for analysis data spss (23) and lisrel (8/5) software were used. The findings showed that there was significant relationship between the establishments of a total quality management. Among the aspects of total quality management, employees training the strongest relationships with organizational innovation.
