The effect of toxic leadership style and Dysfunctional behavior on outcomes and job attitudes (Studied in Qom Public Organizations)

Abstract:
Lack of effective leadership, is not limited only to the enterprises, but also is limited to education, government, foundations, and all other types of offices. What disturbs some organizations are those assuming the leading role of the organizations but fail to do it .they are some examples of toxic leaders .used also to analyze data and test hypotheses of the Software SPSS, PLS-WARP using structural equation modeling to help test. this study shows that the toxic leadership has a positive impact on Dysfunctional behavior,and leaving the job tendency but has a negative and significant one on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and staff retention. In other hypotheses Dysfunctional behavior has a negative impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction but has a positive and significant impact on leaving the job tendency .also dysfunction behavior has no significant effect on protecting the maintenance staff.also dysfunction behavior has no significant effect on protecting the maintenance staff.
