Educational opportunities for nomad's students in Sistan and Baluchestan: Equal or Unequal

Abstract:
This study was done to survey educational opportunities in Sistan and Baluchestan nomad regions, the descriptive/ analytical method was used. The target population were all of the nomad students in the three educational courses in 89-90 academic year. The sample was equal to whole of population. The data was documental collected by library study and according to credit statistics. The collected data were analyzed by transition rate, Coefficient of utilization of educational spaces, density rate and distribution of teachers in primary, guidance and secondary schools. The result showed that educational system of nomadic tribal regions of the province is not well positioned in all indicators of mentioned. And the results also show that their educational opportunities are unequal and not distributed equally.
