Abstract:
In recent decade, many efforts have been conducted to apply biodegradable coatings rather than synthetic polymers. The present study was conducted to evaluate different percentages (0, 25, 50,75 and 100 percent) of CMC with gelatin and to study the physical and mechanical characteristics of produced films as well as select the optimized film.
