Identify the factors affecting the performance of staff training; effort to increase the effectiveness of training

This paper aim is to identify and predict the variables influencing the educational performance of employees was designed piece of ideals. Population all employees hired by the company to a total of 1400, and according to Morgan tables 302 people were selected and were evaluated. The method used was descriptive, correlational, and archival information and data on the predictive variables and the criterion was used. The main hypothesis of this study were that: a significant relationship between predictor and criterion variables are educational. Simple and multiple regression method was used to answer the research hypotheses and analysis of data and discover relationships between the predictor variables and the criterion used. The data show that academic GPA and a bachelor's degree, a good predictor of educational performance of the employees. The analysis of cognitive variable (IQ) also found that the subscales of the Wechsler Intelligence Test: General Information, math, memory span and understanding and wisdom, as well as Raven's Progressive Matrices, were significant predictors of academic performance and good employees are. The data show that academic GPA and a bachelor's degree, a good predictor of educational performance of the employees.
