Sensing the feeling of security and comfort of domestic tourists (case study: coastal city of Port Ganaveh)

Man to spend their leisure and to meet the spiritual needs and the individual needs and environmental conditions that provide safety and comfort for them. The security is very important. Today, security is the most important and the most fundamental principle of the strategy is the development of tourism in the world. Among tourists, stability, development and security relationship is defined as any of insecurity and violence in different levels of the industry is irreparable losses. This study aimed to assess the level of domestic tourists safe feel and comfortable for seaside town of Ganaveh. The research method is descriptive-analytic survey. The population of the study area includes 95 domestic tourists in the summer Ganaveh traveled to the city for a week in the city, were staying. During this period a total of 228 questionnaires were collected, which the researchers were able to.The reliability of the data used is measured by Cronbach test to 0.745. To analyze the data, Pearson and Spearman correlation test, one-sample t and stepwise regression were used. The results show that there is a Direct and significant relationship between the education of tourists and their safety so that Whatever the education level increases as well as increased security, But their income level had no Direct and significant relationship with their safety , In other words they's Afford could not them guarantees they's security in the Ganaveh region tourism. T test results show that tourists's satisfaction of the facilities and services the study area (the error level 05/0) have lower status than desirable. In other words, tourists are not satisfied of the Ganaveh's services and facilities. Finally, The results of stepwise regression showed that catering facilities with beta edual to /231 , the greatest impact on Ganaveh's tourism and satisfaction. Index resort facilities with beta coefficient /191 minimal impact on security and safety of tourists, the city has Ganaveh, minimal impact on safety of tourists is laid in study area. Hence, the planning of all measures to ensure the comfort and safety of regional tourism and previous programs are in need of revision. In this context Ganaveh seaside town officials and managers must take the necessary Actions to improve the tourism and contribute to regional development are considered.
