Evolution and Development of Intellectual Capital as a Fundamental Way to Improve Organizations

They welcome change and evolution. Nowadays, evolution occurs in different organizational field such as: social issues, the downsizing trends, tendency to staff participation, orientation to international competition, and orientation to quality and focusing on intellectual capital of the organization. The knowledge of the organization members establishes the intellectual capital of the organizations. Intellectual capital consists of element such as human capital, structural capital and relation capital. So these important and strategic elements should be managed, to achieve a common identity, a basis for constant occurrence of people's creativity and self–evolution. To make talents and abilities dynamic would pave the way for achieving improvement. Development of the intellectual capitals in the organization can be gained by creativity, cultural diminutions, and values, moral, humanistic, social, scientific, technological and intellectual diminutions. The present article suggests that organization are able to make evolution in intellectual capitals-consist of evolutional way in intellectual capitals for achieving organizational improvement and evolution in the manner of thinking and behavior of the groups and organizations towards what they are doing. It is helpful to create healthy environment, trustworthy environment, encourage and punishment system, self –order and self –guide environment in people.
