Social Responsibility Impact on Internal Brand Resonance of organization

Abstract:
In recent decades, short and long term impact of implement the csr on competitive force of the organizations and its role in branding was favoured by organizational and manageral researchers. In this paper, the role of social responsibility and its influence on organization resonance was investigated. This research is descriptive-casing in terms of practical aim and data gathering. Therefore, one of the province Gas corporations which is subset of the Iran National Gas Corporation, has been selected. given to the volume of population which include the whole of employees through the province, with the Cochran sampling formula selected 259 people, distributed a questionary include 43 questions. clustering probability sampling was used to collecting data. Research results reveal significant relationship between social responsibility and internal organization resonance. Moreover, relationship between economic, legal, ethical and humanity corporation responsibilities with corporation social responsibility was validated.
