The process and mechanism of Infiltration as Viewed by the Great Leader

In the paper, it has been intended to study the great leader`s speeches on the process of infiltration and, then, conceptualize the subject and infer the process and mechanism of infiltration on his system of thought. The method of grounded-theory has been used in the study. all leader`s speeches have been gathered, classified into open, pivotal and selected classes and analyzed. The model of infiltration, as reflected in the great leader`s speeches, includes six steps: primary grounds of infiltration, methods of infiltration, facing infiltration, those making the ground for infiltration, the domain of infiltration and the fruits of infiltration. It seems that being aware of the process and mechanism of infiltration would lead to an exact perception of the leader`s system of discourse. The fact itself, in its turn, would help those in search of some strategy to act against the process.
