Housing as one of the man-made phenomena has the characteristics that has a great effect on the functions and satisfaction of its users. Therefore, characteristics such as optimal shape, strength, security, safety, availability of residents to facilities, and the provision of the equipment and infrastructure needed for housing are effective in housing quality (Sajadi Khedari et al., 1394). Housing and its conditions are an important factor in the quality of life and the distinction between individuals, groups and regions (Shakouri and Asgari, 2012); in other words, housing is the basis for the development of the socio-economic development of its inhabitants and its quality with development Tangible and their needs are related (Motie Langroudi and Bakhtiali, 2011). Today, among the basic problems of rural dwellings in the country, their low quality is considered as a method of construction and use of good construction materials (Shahbazi, 2010). Due to the availability of home-grown raw materials, often supplied from local sources, villagers are building housing, which ultimately does not meet the housing standards, hence paying serious attention to the quality and quantity of housing Rural villages are necessary in rural development programs, because proper and standard housing is one of the rural development indicators (Lotfi et al., 2010).
