Definition and definition of media organization and media policy in Iran, based on the development model of management

Abstract:
Since the mid-1950s, the rapid and continuous development of events has transformed the business landscape and has increasingly faced all the institutions with varied, unexpected and widespread challenges. By approaching the end of the 20th century's and entering the new century, the pace of these changes has become more intense, with many organizations confronted with confusion about how to deal with the changing environment. The increasing frequency of these changes, along with their expanding track, has made it difficult to respond to these changes and will require a lot of resources to implement the response.
Media organizations are among the organizations that have experienced such turbulent and complex environments in recent decades.These changes have shown their form in terms of the type and number of competitors, the variety of tools and models, and the methods of producing the message, the degree of risk, the degree of ambiguity, and the increase or decrease of instability.Managers of such organizations choose different approaches to avoid surprise and confront the negative effects of these developments. Which is the design and development of a strategic model among their most important and most well-known selection. The sixth staff program has already approved the details of the proposed bill for the Sixth Development Plan, and the Management and Planning Organization have also submitted the bill to the Government for final approval. Which is currently under consideration and finalized for submission to the Islamic Consultative Assembly. Before introducing a transformational-oriented management model for the media organization. we study the concept of organization in the form of media and the sixth development plan. Finally, considering the variables in question, we outline the conceptual model based on it.
