Comparison of body's fatty acids and biochemical composition in wild and cultured fry of beluga sturgeon (Huso huso)

The purpose of this research was to determine the biochemical composition and fatty acids of two groups of cultured and wild fry of great sturgeon (Huso huso). The two batches (about 40 g) of fry from cultured broodstock (0.43±0.07g) and wild broodstock (0.54±0.09g) in three replicates were transferred to the laboratory and analyzed according to standard methods.
