The Relationship between Knowledge Management and Organizational Intelligence of Islamic Azad University of Roudehen Branch

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and organizational intelligence among employees of Islamic Azad University, Roudehen Branch, which is conducted through a survey-descriptive method. The statistical population of this study is 320 employees of Islamic Azad University of Roudehen Branch. 175 of them were selected based on Krejcy and Morgan tables and simple random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect the required data. To measure knowledge management, a questionnaire designed by Joseph Haddad was designed which has a reliability of 79% with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 21 components. For measuring organizational intelligence, Alberechet's standard questionnaire, 2003 consists of 7 components. The reliability of this study was obtained with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 93%. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. Results of statistical analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational skills of employees of Islamic Azad University of Roudehen Branch . There is a significant relationship between the creation of knowledge and organizational knowledge of the employees of Islamic Azad University of Roudehen Branch. There is a significant relationship between organizational knowledge and organizational knowledge of employees of Islamic Azad University of Roudehen Branch. There is a significant relationship between the establishment of organizational intelligence among employees of Islamic Azad University of Roudehen Branch. There is a significant relationship between organizational knowledge and organizational knowledge among employees of Islamic Azad University, Roudehen Branch. Accordingly, a model for the establishment of knowledge management was presented based on employee's organizational intelligence.
