Abstract:
This study aimed to design a structural model for ICT competences and skills in order to predict psychological empowerment of Melli Bank employees. The study was conducted among the employees of Melli Bank in Tehran with the correlation and statistical analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). Data collection instruments included " Spritzer and Gratchen empowerment questionnaire (1995) with confirmed content validity and reliability of 0.85, and a researcher made ICT competences and skills questionnaire with a validity and reliability equal to 29.44 and 0.88 respectively and was conducted using SPSS software and LISREL analysis.
