The relationship between the attributive styles and the stress coping styles with the psychological capital of female headed household Zanjan

Nowadays, recognizing the factors that affected on the psychological capital of female headed of household is really important. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the attributive styles and the stress coping styles with the psychological capital of female headed household Zanjan.
It is a correlation type research. For this purpose, out of 1750 female head of households, 320 were selected by stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by using the questionnaires of psychological capital (PCQ), attributive style (ASQ) and Endler & Parker stress coping style. Pearson and Regression correlation tests were used to analyze data.
The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the attributive style and stress coping style with the psychological capital of the female headed of household (p In summary, it can be concluded that attributive style and style of coping with stress can predict the psychological capital of female headed households.
