Investigating the Role and Influence of Life Style on the Quality of Work Life

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of life style components in quality of work life. The research method in this study is based on the objective, applied and based on the nature, survey. The statistical population is the endowment and charity affairs organization in Kashmar. To select the sample, 50 people were selected through random sampling and according to the Morgan table. Data collection tools consist of "lifestyle" and "quality of work life" questionnaires. Inferential statistics and SPSS software were used to analyze information and test hypotheses. Findings indicate that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between the components of lifestyle and quality of work life.
