Evaluation Effect of Social and Economical Factors on Sustainable Urban Development by Using EF Index

The concept of sustainable urban development is to economic, and social develop along with continuous conservation of natural resources for current, and future generations at capacity of natural systems and coordination with development designs.review is to evaluate effect of social, economic and popular factors on ecological footprint elements and present some recomendations to improve social and ecological conditions which led to take place sustainable development in head of urban managment system of tabriz. Statistical population of this study is 250 people of Tabriz residents. The questionnaire filled by using random collect method. At last statistical data analysis assessed by SPSS software and multivariate regression analysis in two stages from questionnaire. Tables (1 to 8) indicate that variable social-economical and population parameters in Tabriz have significant effect on EF quad components (food, transport, housing, and commodity). This effect means that with increasing variable social-economical and population (age, sex, marriage, and income) cause and increase in EF index that this proved in tables 9, and 10. The results indicate that independent variable parameters affect within%84 on EF components in Tabriz.
