Investigating the Factors Affecting Organizational Discipline Institutionalization At Amin University of Police
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the status of factors affecting institutionalization of organizational discipline in Amin University of Medical Sciences and focusing on organizational discipline in human resource management. In this research, the main question was, what is the status of effective factors on institutionalization of organizational discipline in Amin University of Police? The research method was quantitatively used in this research. The sampling method was simple random sampling. The sample size was 31 according to the Cochran formula. The data were analyzed by SPSS software. Using the study of Abbasnejad and his colleagues, researchers in this study examined the 50 leading or effective factors on the promotion and institutionalization of organizational discipline in Amin University of Police Sciences. The descriptive statistics of the research variables according to the current situation showed that the "regular company in the morning" had the highest score, as well as "business turnover" with the lowest score in terms of respondents. The descriptive statistics of the research variables in terms of significance showed that "spiritual discipline" had the highest score, as well as "benchmarking from other armed forces officer universities" had the lowest score in terms of respondents. On the other hand, the study of organizational discipline in Amin University of Police showed that students, staff and employees had the highest average organizational discipline in Amin University of Medical Sciences. At the end, practical suggestions were made to institutionalize organizational discipline at the university.
