Advantages and disadvantages of passive defense policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Defend against danger, has a history of the height of human history. Today, despite various threats, achieve reliable and efficient defense strategies in the field of national security to become one of the most important goals is at risk countries. Islamic Republic of Iran is faced with a variety of internal and external threats, In addition to operating defense, also special considerations to dimension passive defense. The interesting point in this area is the effects of passive defense and deficiencies in the way of its implementation in Iran. So, this research's question is: the most important advantages and disadvantages of passive defense in the Islamic Republic of Iran? The study carried out a descriptive study using library and internet resources, we can say aggressive military cost overruns and reduce or prevent damage to Iran and thus strengthen deterrence force philanthropic as the most important benefits is the development and implementation of passive defense and as well as the lack of a long-term strategy for the implementation of passive defense and lack of financial resource and equipment to enemies in Iran as the most important failures of the project is known.
