Ethical Norms of Privacy in Cyberspace Higher Education and University Education
Privacy is one of the most important issues in the field of Islamic law and ethics, which in Islamic law is related to the two concepts of justice and security; On the other hand, with the growth of information technology and the influence of communication networks and the impact on human actions and interactions - especially in higher education centers and universities - this concept has been more prominent in recent decades.
Higher education and university cyberspace, on the one hand, have made academic relations extremely easy, and on the other hand, have made it possible to encroach on privacy not previously available to others.
In this research, ethical norms in three areas of users, managers and processors of cyber content have been studied by the method of document analysis and documentary analysis and based on Quranic verses and Islamic traditions.
The results indicate that the norms of Islamic ethics of privacy in cyberspace of higher education and university education are deeply linked to the general concepts of honesty, trustworthiness, confidentiality, commitment and privacy and can be a new step in explaining the ethical principles of privacy issues.
