We are looking for ways to increase Internet adoption and narrow its disparity across countries the global "digital divide". Previous work has focused on demographic, economic, and infrastructure determinants of Internet access that are difficult to change in the short run. In the research, content is a factor affective and short-time on internet adoption and digital divide economic has been considered. Our estimates, the language is accepted to adoption content.
