Abstract:
Identifying the climate of a location and analyzing the needs of the climate in terms of human comfort and the use of building materials is one of the preconditions for consistent design with the climate. Considering the major goals of climate design in each climate zone and anticipating some of the ways to realize These goals will lead to the adaptation and coordination of buildings with climatic conditions, and will conserve energy and architectural identity in each climate. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of climate elements on heat loss and the design of residential buildings in Semnan city and provide guidance to the project. Residential units are in line with the climate to provide thermal comfort in the building Be In this paper, we analyze the climate of Semnan using climatic diagrams and methods. To do this, the Meteorological Organization data has been used in a period of 25 years (from 1990 to 2002). According to the obtained results, the Semnan climate was determined by Dry Damarthen method. Dry and hot coupons were determined based on dry and cold sampling method. In order to determine thermal comfort and architectural design consistent with the climate, four thermoelectric sensing models including Ecological Chart Index, Mahan Index, Geomorphology, Geomorphology, and Zucchay method were used. Each model, in addition to the determination of hot and cold weather conditions And comfortable, provided the necessary guidelines for the proper climate design of the city of Semnan. The overall result of the research is the use of native materials with high thermal capacity, determining the proper direction of building of the buildings in relation to the direction of wind and sunlight, the proper installation of openings to maintain energy inside the building, so that in the summer at least and in the winter the maximum solar energy is received. . In the case of architectural rules that meet the criteria for determining thermal comfort, the duration of the use of mechanical heating and cooling devices inside buildings of Semnan city significantly decreases
