Complaints from civil judgment outside the moratorium

The Civil Procedure Law, despite the deadline for complaints from the judgments, has failed to express its rules, effects and details, and we face a number of shortcomings and silence in this regard, including the fact that the status of the application for a rehearing after the deadline explicitly not stated. Also, the status of early and premature complaints has not been determined. Most importantly, it has been neglected in relation to the time of the complaint beyond the deadline after the excuse has been resolved, and despite the legislator's attention to this issue in arbitration, it was neglected in court proceedings and provided the basis for the examination of various probabilities. The review of the issue shows that the reasonable and acceptable solution is accepting the renewal of moratorium on the complaint after the resolving of excuse.
