The Legal challenge of the rule of law in the perception of the Sunni thinkers of the legitimacy of the state with the emphasis on the justice of the ruler
One of the most important legal bases is meeting the requirements of spiritual and moral persuasion to comply with the legal rules of the legitimacy of the state. State as a ruling power in any society requires legitimacy regarding its binding and at the same time stability and survival. Various governments for the acquisition of legitimacy and consequently to achieve the public support, establish different fundamentals, that One of these is the rule of law of the state. After the demise of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Sunni scholars adopted a specific approach in the form of the theory of Caliphate that the mentioned theories have evolved after the Rightly Guided Caliphs and with the formation of Sultans and rulers in the territory of the Islamic State. This research seeks to review The Legal challenges of the rule of law in the perception of the Sunni thinkers of the legitimacy of the state and changes in this view point.
